Check your start time (first riders 7h45 at Laboshop THE FUNICULAIRE for 8h00 bus).

SP1 starts at the top of the Cachette Chairlift.

Take Cachette lift again to get to SP2.

From SP2 to SP3 there is a liaison on a 4×4 forest track which includes some climbing, maybe 100m in total and 20 to 30 minutes to complete it.

about 650m climb and 60 to 90 minutes to complete the loop.  Hit the Strava link on your Course Map, and enjoy!

After the end of SP3 return to the Funicular car park to download your timing chip.

We have 2 OPTIONAL bonus loops today – you do NOT need to ride these to qualify for the podium!

You can choose to pedal a great NEW loop behind Laboshop, or take the public bus from the Funicular railway (it leave every 90 minutes) and ride some great singletrack from Arc 1600 back to Bourg St Maurice.

We wanted to make a big party, podium  and BBQ at the funicular this year, but the Mayor has refused authorisation (due to COVID risk…?!).

But it’s OK, because we now have a better plan!

Please go to BAR L’ENTRINQUE in the centre of town for our podium and after-party.  (Googe map link, on the course map).  There is limited space to park bikes (30 bikes OK, 300 bikes: definitely not!).

There is a large terrace here which is directly on the route of the Tour de France.  The caravan comes past at 14h45 and the riders at 16h20.  The Enduro2 podium will take place immediately after the Caravan has passed, so around 15h45.

At the podium we will also award the spot-prize of a pair of Dirtlej “DIRTSUIT” (in your size!).  This prize is not based on your position, but based on luck – so everyone who is at the podium will have an equal chance to win this prize.

We have one last “challenge” for the weekend, since the road in Bourg St Maurice will be closed all afternoon between 12h00 until 18h00 because of the Tour de France.  If you need to leave town by car during this time, you can take a deviation around the back of town.
