Please check the map in our ‘ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS‘ page (in the menu under “RACER INFO”)  to find the exact location and instructions about where to park, and how to register for the race when you arrive in Meribel.

Please note that taxe de Sejour (local tourist tax) is already included in your reservation, and paid by Enduro2.

Changes to your Reservation

Your booking is now confirmed and we are not able to change or modify your rooming arrangements.

However, if you want to add an extra night, you can arrange and pay for this directly with reception, when you arrive (assuming they have availability).

If possible, please come to race registration first before checking into your hotel, apartment, or camping-car space.

You are staying at Hotel Les Grangettes which is directly next door to Jack’s Bar in the very centre of Meribel. It is the perfect location – opposite the start/finish of Enduro2 each day of the race, and directly in the middle of all the action.   Get ready for some seriously good times!

There is no parking and very limited loading on-site due it its central location – but you can park for free in the underground carpark directly opposite, all weekend.  (See Arrival Instructions).

Check-in Time: from 16h00

Check-Out Time: 11h00 latest

You may need to provide a refundable damage deposit / credit card on check-in, at reception.

We have negotiated a dedicated Enduro2 bike store area inside the hotel which will be locked each night from 20h00, and open again at 07h00.

It will be impossible to access this area overnight during these times, so please make sure your bike is in the storage area before 20h00.

Self-Serve Breakfast is included every day of your stay and is available from 7h15 each morning.

Linen and Towels are provided.

You are staying at Residences Les Ravines (Pierres & Vacances) which is a very short walk to Enduro2 HQ and Jack’s Bar, in the very centre of Meribel.

There is limited parking and very limited loading directly on-site due it its central location – please see our arrival instructions, for where to park.

Damage Deposit at Check-In

A credit card is required to take a damage / security deposit for each room, on check-in.   This is refunded on departure so long as your room is left clean and tidy, and there is no damage.

Check-in Time:   16h00 – 19h00

Contact the reception on + 33 or by email: if you will arrive outside reception opening hours. They will explain how to collect your keys.

Check-Out Time: 10h30 latest.  (Please check out before you race on Monday, if you are not also staying on Monday night).

You can access communal toilets and showers (also shared with the camping-car Enduro2 riders) after check-out on Monday if you need to. Ask Gabi for a red wrist band at registration on Friday, to get this access.

Bike Storage

There is no dedicated bike store on site at this residence.  Please respect the rules of the residence and be very careful and respectful if you try to sneak your bike inside to store it on the balcony (we can’t recommend this, so please only do it at your own risk!).

Breakfast is not included, but if you want, you can buy breakfast at Jack’s Bar (next to Enduro2 Registration / Start) each day for around 12 to 15 Euros.

Camping Cars / CamperVans

Free parking for camping cars is located here (view pdf map):

(Use the hyperlink in our Meribel HQ Map on the Arrival Instructions Page, for Google Navigation)

These are hard-standing (tarmac / concrete) areas so not suitable for tents or awnings.

There is no power or toilet facilities on-site and bikes are stored at your own risk.

If you booked a camper-van space, ask us for a red wrist-band at registration (one per person).

Wear this all weekend, to get access to showers and toilet facilities at the Parc Olympique de Meribel (“Douches”) on the map.

If possible, please come to registration at Jack’s Bar first, before finding your Camping Space.  (We can direct you to the best area, at check-in).

If you arrive before 12h00 on Friday, please go to Parking Area 1.   This is the quietest and most spacious parking area (the best one!)

Areas 2 and 3 are smaller and with limited space, so we will use these as “overflow” if needed.

We will update you via the Sportity App once we are aware that Area 1 is full.
